About Your Order and Payment
If you have sensitive skin or are allergic to any of the ingredients, please consult our website for the complete list of ingredients prior to using. If you do experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use and consult a physician immediately. The ingredients are listed in English on our website: www.botanicfarm.us.
Paypal, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
If you would like to pay using Paypal, select the Paypal option. You will be taken to Paypal’s login screen. Type in your ID and password and confirm the amount.
If you placed an order and received an error message, please contact us using our online contact form or email us, and we will be more than glad to place the order for you.
After your order has been processed, we will be sending you a tracking number where you can track your order.
If you receive an “invalid address” error message, please contact us via email or through our contact support form and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Yes, sales tax is included on every order.
Shipping and Handling
We ship using USPS priority mail, and it normally takes 2-3 business days to arrive (within the U.S.). If you are located outside of the US mainland, it might take longer (7-10 business days).
It normally takes 1 business day to process your order. We are able to expedite your order and several shipping options are available upon checkout.
Yes, you will be able to track your order. We will be sending you a tracking number once the package has been dispatched.
Used items cannot be returned. However, if the item(s) are damaged upon receipt, we will refund your order at no extra charge.
If you would like to cancel or adjust an order, please email or use our contact form stating you would like to adjust or cancel an order. Please include your order number.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately, and we will update your new shipping address.
If an item or items are missing, please contact us and we will send out the missing item at no extra charge. If a product was damaged during shipping, we will refund your money.
